Where: 14892 N. US 25 E, Suite 11. Corbin KY 40701

Positions:

• Personal Care Aide (PCA): $14.00/hr. - $15.00/hr. after 90 days
• Personal Care Aide (PCA) - PER DIEM: $14.00/hr. - $15.00/hr. after 90 days
• Driver/PCA - PER DIEM: $15.40/hr. to start - $16.40/hour after 90 Days

Shifts:

FULL TIME

Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.
