Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Leadership: Direct and support daily operations across multiple centers throughout Kentucky, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.

• Metric-Driven Management: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success and continuous improvement.

• Problem Solving & Change Management: Identify challenges proactively and lead change initiatives to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and foster innovation.

• Market Expansion: Lead efforts to enter new markets, leveraging data-driven strategies to identify opportunities and ensure successful launches.

• Executive Presence: Represent the organization with professionalism and confidence in all interactions with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Communication: Foster open, effective communication at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and ensure all centers operate in full compliance with state and federal requirements.

• Mission Commitment: Champion our organization’s mission and values in every decision and action, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Financial Acumen: Oversee P&L for assigned centers, develop budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets while maintaining quality standards.

• On-Site Leadership: Travel regularly to centers across Kentucky to provide hands-on support, coaching, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations, preferably in a regulated industry.

• Strong metric orientation with experience using data to drive decisions and performance.

• Proven track record in problem solving and leading organizational change.

• Experience entering and establishing operations in new markets.

• Executive presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to our sector.

• Commitment to our mission and the communities we serve.

• Robust financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and be on site at centers across Kentucky.
